Teleservices provider Convergys Corp., Cincinnati, has named Christine Timmins as president of teleservices solutions in its customer management group. She is responsible for the company’s inbound and outbound operations and presides over call centers in Omaha, NE; Cedar City, Ogden, and Orem, UT; and Pueblo, CO.
She moves up from vice president of operations in the firm’s St. Louis office where she was responsible for call center operations in the local area.
