Com-Pak Acquires MarketPoint Direct

Com-Pak Services, Inc. has acquired the assets of MarketPoint Direct. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

MarketPoint Direct provides strategy, creative, and data analytics, offset printing, personalization, inserting and mailing services, along with fulfillment, and response analysis. Com-Pak offers direct mail lettershop, fulfillment and packaging along with other pre-mail services.

While a statement from Com-Pak did not specifically mention MarketPoint president Ken McGovern, it did indicate Com-Pak had taken on most, if not all, of the company’s personnel.
