NetCreations Inc., New York, has promoted Michael Mayor to president and COO from vice president of sales, effective immediately.
Mayor replaces Tom Cloninger, who left the company to work as a consultant, the company said. Cloninger joined the firm in June in the newly created position of president and COO.
