Click Tactics Inc., has named Wayne Townsend, Jr. chief operating officer.
He joins the firm from Elity Systems, where he served as president/CEO. Previously, he spent seven years at Xchange, Inc., a Boston-based leader in analytic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. He also has had previous solutions integration experience with Epsilon, (now Accenture).
