Camping World will carry Gander Mountain Co.’s outdoor lifestyle products in its catalog and on its Web site as part of a new “partnership,” the companies said Friday.
The merchandise will include Guide Series apparel and camping and fishing equipment.
As part of the deal, Gander Mountain’s stores will be promoted in Camping World’s stores and in catalogs and customer mailings sent by the firm.
In addition, Gander Mountain will become a subsidiary sponsor of John Andretti’s #10 car, which is now sponsored by Camping World in the NASCAR Busch series.
“Camping World and Gander Mountain have similar customer bases, and this partnership allows each of us to reach a customer segment that we are not currently serving,” said Mark Boggess, president of Camping World, in a statement.
