Bowe Bell + Howell Acquires BCC Software

Bowe Bell + Howell has acquired BCC Software Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

Bowe will continue to operate BCC -- a mailing software developer -- as an independent company under the management of its founder and CEO K. Jon Runstrom. The company will maintain its current staff and continue to be headquartered in Rochester, NY, becoming part of Bowe's postal and sorting products group.
