The Canadian firm Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. has acquired contracts to provide teleservices customer support for Blue Mountain Networks, a hotel industry network services firm based in Suwanee, GA.
Guest-Tek acquired the contracts in a deal that included a nominal cash payment, an option to purchase 70,000 common stock shares and an employment contract to hire Blue Mountain's CEO Steve Futrell, who will head Guest-Tek's sales in the Southeast U.S.
