Pittsburgh-based agency Blattner Brunner has promoted Rich Oprison to vice president of strategic services, adding to his previous title of director of strategic services. Prior to joining Blattner Brunner, Oprison was vice president of marketing for OnlineChoice, and was a brand manager for GlaxoSmithKline, responsible for the Aquafresh toothpaste, Flex toothbrushes and Ecotrin aspirin brands
