McMullen will lead sales efforts for BeNOW's multi-channel Retail segment, drawing on his background working with many industry leaders to develop and implement strategic customer relations management (CRM) programs.
Prior to joining BeNOW, McMullen was vice president of business development for loyalty marketing provider S&H GreenPoints, specializing in providing database hosting and customer loyalty for consumer retailers. He was formerly a vice president of sales for AT&T and was also a division manager responsible for AT&T's partnership marketing and CRM programs.
