The American Teleservices Association (ATA) has given its highest honor, the Fulcrum Award, to Lori Fentem of Synergy Solutions and Joe Sanscrainte of Call Compliance. The award recognizes Fentem’s and Sanscrainte’s contributions to the ATA during 2004.

The awards were presented at the ATA’s 2004 Convention and Expo in Miami. Additionally, Avaya, Inc., Contact Center Compliance Corporation, Noble Systems, and SER Solutions each won an “Exhibit Hall Best of Show” award.
Darlene Geller-Stoff of the SCATA chapter and Edd O’Connor of the Great Lakes chapter received “Chapter Awards” for their support of the ATA through recruitment of new members.
