Arvato AG has acquired Qualytel Teleservices S.A, Spain's largest provider of call center services.
Terms were not disclosed.

This acquisition underlines the Bertelsmann AG operation’s strategy of investing in the international market for call center services as well as its systematic expansion of support services for globally operating customers, according to Arvato.
At the same time, the deal marks Arvato's entry into government services in Spain.
The transaction has already been approved by Spain's antitrust authorities.
With that we are now active in governmental services in Great Britain, Germany and Spain,” said Arvato CEO Rolf Buch, in a statement.
