AOL Time Warner has appointed Michael J. Kelly president, global marketing solutions. Kelly had previously been founder and CEO of American Town Network. Before starting American Town Network, Kelly held a number of positions at Time Inc., including publisher of Entertainment Weekly. Kelly’s responsibilities will include generating cross-platform marketing efforts across all AOL Time Warner businesses.
