America Online, Inc. has formed a new AOL Networks Sales and Solutions division. The new unit will integrate into one organization all the Dulles, VA company's ad sales, commerce and search advertising units. Michael J. Kelly, current president, global marketing at Time Warner Inc., AOL's parent company, has been named president of the new division.
