American Target Advertising, Inc. has named Kathleen Patten president and chief executive officer.
She moves up from chief operating officer, a post she held for the past 18 months. She re-joined the firm in Sept. 2003. Before that, she worked at the Viguerie Co., the predecessor to ATA, after graduating from the College of William and Mary.
Patten has also served as vice president of United Seniors Assn., where she supervised direct marketing efforts, membership services and benefits as well as grassroots, legislative and media campaigns.
