Cape Coral, FL-based Alvion Technologies has acquired IntraSource, an Internet-based list and data service bureau in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Terms of the agreement were not released.
IntraSource will now be known as Alvion IntraSource. Founders Lana Cardinale and Greg Williams will lead the sales efforts for both companies, and will remain in New Jersey with the staff.
IntraSource brings list management and specialty file expertise to Alvion, which had focused on large, compiled files.
