All About Toys Acquires AnneMail

Denver-based online toy retailer All Aboard Toys LLC has acquired assets from AnneMail Inc. of Hot Springs, AK.

The deal includes AnneMail.com's online toy business, its customer base, Web site and other assets. No other details of the transaction were released.
