Aegis Group plc has bought White Sheep, a Finnish digital marketing agency.
Terms were not disclosed.
White Sheep will be re-named Suddenly Helsinki, becoming part of Isobar's Suddenly digital marketing agency network in Scandinavia. It will join Suddenly offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Gothenburg and Copenhagen.
