Internet marketing company 24/7 Media, New York, has purchased iPromotions, an incentive-marketing concern. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The acquisition adds online sweepstakes, incentive offers, premiums, contests and viral marketing programs to 24/7 Media’s marketing array.
