Computer-aided design software firm 20-20 Technologies Inc. will acquire DataOne Inc. DataOne develops and markets layout, specification and catalog creation software for contract furniture dealers and manufacturers of office furniture and case goods. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
DataOne is based in Indianapolis. The company currently serves more than 1,500 customers. Bruce Allum, DataOne’s president, wil remain with the company. The acquisition is expected to close in October.
