Lorton Data has appointed Ray Davey president. Tony Evans, who currently serves as president and CEO, will remain in the CEO position.
“Ray’s leadership capabilities and deep understanding of business strategy are great assets to the company,” Evans said in a statement. “We’ve grown nicely in the last 20 years; now with Ray’s focus on new markets we can expect even greater business growth.”
Davey had been CEO of Humagine, a consultancy that works with business professionals on personal, professional and organizational growth issues.
His other professional experience includes stints with technology and service firms such as Hewlett-Packard, EDS, Cap Gemini, and ESP Software Services.
