Contact 101, Inc., a list compiler and customer satisfaction survey company, has acquired Axxes Data Corp., IDrive Marketing, LLC and N3T Data, Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
With the acquisition of Axxes and N3T, Contact 101 said it will now offer financial data, which merged with its current data sets, will allow clients to access purchase propensity and predictive behavior models.
The acquisition of IDrive gives Contact 101 greater e-mail marketing and mobile messaging capabilities, increasing its prospecting and retention marketing services. The company now has one of the largest databases of cell phones, email and business contacts and will make this data available for append services, noted Contact 101.
“We are currently in negotiations with two other vertically integrated data aggregators and will be introducing other data products and services within the next few months. This will not only create additional contact points but depth to the data not yet seen in the market place”, said Matthew Mader, Contact 101’s new chief resource officer.
The executives from all three companies will stay on board and assume various strategic positions. They: Jake Nissan, chief operating officer; Lee White, chief technology officer; Matthew Mader, chief resource officer; and Ryan Critch, vice president of sales.
According to new Contact 101 COO, Jake Nissan, “We are thrilled to announce this three company acquisition. The acquisition timing fits perfectly within the growth strategies of all four companies. It allows us to collectively provide our clients with direct and database marketing resources that would otherwise need multiple vendors.”
