Acxiom Corp. has acquired analytics and predictive modeling firm Quinetix LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The two companies have partnered for more than five years, and have jointly served clients in the multi-channel retail banking, hospitality and media industries. Rob DiCesare, Quinetix president and CEO, will join Acxiom’s global consulting team and report to consulting practice leader Mike Richardson.
Paul Bennett, Gary Briggs, Tricia Kennedy, Craig Wingate and other employees at Quinetix will remain with the firm. The company is based in Rochester, NY. Acxiom is located in Little Rock, AR.
“The Quinetix team in Rochester is strong in key industries that Acxiom serves, so this is a natural extension of the relationship we have enjoyed for several years,” said Tom Mangan, Acxiom senior vice president for Global Consulting, in a statement. “We look forward to putting their intellectual capital to work for more of our customers.”
