The online lead generation services firm Active Response Group (ARG), New York, has acquired the U.S. assets of Oridian Media Solutions Ltd., an online advertising network and technology firm.

ARG acquired Oridian from Online Media Solutions Ltd., an Israeli firm. Terms were not disclosed.
The two companies will be combined and operated under the ARG name to offer expanded services. ARG has the capacity to target consumers by specific interests, actions and demographics. It can aggregate data in a single database.
