Pivotal Veracity Unveils Mobile E-mail Optimization Tool

E-mail deliverability firm Pivotal Veracity last week unveiled a tool to help marketers ensure e-mail gets delivered, and appears and works properly on mobile devices.

E-mail deliverability concern Pivotal Veracity last week unveiled a tool to help marketers ensure e-mail gets delivered, and appears and works properly on mobile devices.

The new technology allows e-mail senders to see how their messages will appear on more than 85% of mobile devices, according to Pivotal Veracity.

The new tool also checks the messages against published mobile standards and makes recommendations to help maximize the experience for people who receive the e-mails on their mobile devices, the company said in a release.

Pivotal Veracity’s new tool also checks that the message’s links work, and checks the size of the message with and without images and makes recommendations when the message is too big for people’s mobile devices to handle properly.

To promote the new service Pivotal Veracity is giving free Webinars for the next three months.

The mobile advertising market is expected to grow from $6 billion in 2007 to $27 billion in 2011, according to the Radicati Group. Also, 44.7% of U.S. mobile phone users said they will look for enhanced Internet capabilities on their next phone, according to the Kelsey Group.
