Epsilon Signs Charter Communications

Marketing services provider Epsilon announced yesterday it has landed Charter Communications as a client.

St-Louis-based Charter is the third largest publicly traded cable company in the U.S. with 5.6 million customers in 29 states.

Under the agreement, the length of which was unspecified beyond “multi-year,” Epsilon will provide loyalty marketing, analytics, database services, e-mail communications and strategic consulting for the cable company’s Live it With Charter customer loyalty program, Epsilon said in a statement.
