Response management is one of the most critical parts of any e-mail campaign—and one of the most mishandled, according to David Daniels, chief executive of newly launched Email Response Systems.
The e-mail-response-management outsourcer debuted at the DMDNY conference last week.
Too many marketing opportunities are lost because customer responses to outbound campaigns sit too long in contact centers, said Daniels. “That last mile is broken,” he said.
And, of course, Daniels claims his company is the answer for marketers to fix that last mile and capitalize those otherwise languishing e-mail communications.
