DRTV firm Guthy-Renker has acquired RealtyTracker, a real estate agent marketing services firm. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
RealtyTracker will be rebranded as Guthy-Renker Home LLC. Its management team will remain with the company. The new unit will offer consumer leads for real estate professionals.
The two companies have a history of working together. In 2006, Guthy-Renker invested in RealtyTracker, and provided the firm with national media campaign management that included creative development, execution and distribution of real estate-related content.
