Streaming video media company 247MGI has agreed to buy Business Vision Network, a producer of infomercials.
The deal has been in the works since last year. Terms were not disclosed.
Six-year-old Business Vision Network has produced 25 infomercials to date, including one for the OutFront Flex Pad that it claims is the top-ranked celebrity-endorsed infomercial of all time. The company has also produced cable and local TV programs on finance and investing.
Fort Lauderdale FL-based 247MGI is a full-service media company that creates marketing materials for delivery over the Internet, both as live programming and as streaming video content available through the Web, cable and satellite broadcast.
