Targetbase Names Marshall Gibbs CTO

Marshall Gibbs has joined direct marketing agency Targetbase as chief technology officer. He is responsible for managing the firm’s 60+-person staff which supports the agency’s data, analytics and internal IT operations.

Before joining Targetbase, Gibbs was CTO and CIO for Information Resources Inc. He also served as president and general manager of the company’s Loyalty Analytics business unit.

Prior to his work with Information Resources, Gibbs held CTO positions at E-Medsoft.com Inc. and Sanga International USA.
