United Marketing Group has acquired Brand Affinity Marketing, a privately held loyalty marketing business.
Terms were not disclosed.
"The acquisition of Brand Affinity Marketing helps us to bring a broader and more unique array of membership programs to the marketplace," said Alan Portelli, CEO of United, in a statement.
