Union Street Buys Two Agencies

Union Street Acquisition Corp. will acquire Razor Business Strategy Consultants LLC, a direct and interactive marketing agency and Archway Marketing Services Inc., a provider of marketing services.

Terms were not disclosed.

Razor offers data analytics, database marketing/customer relationship management, direct mail, promotion, Web development and digital communications. Archway furnishes outsourced marketing services, including, fulfillment and distribution, customer care and analytics.
