Expedia.com likes to tout the fact that it was built on customer input. Now the Bellevue, WA-based firm is taking it a step further with the announcement of the online travel industry’s first consumer advisory council. A community of thousands of travelers will provide feedback in areas ranging from overall industry topics to specific features and services they want from Expedia, as well as suggestions for improvements to the site.
