Aberdeen Group, a Harte-Hanks company, has appointed William K. Pollock to serve as VP, principal analyst and group leader for its strategic service management research practice.
Pollock will focus on developing fact-based research and analysis. His group’s research offerings will focus on all key aspects that affect the service sector, including integrated service strategy, mobile field service, field scheduling and route optimization, service parts management, contract and warranty management, intelligent asset diagnostics, reverse logistics, contact and call centers and more.
Pollock has held several analyst and managerial positions within the finance and consulting industries. In 1993, he founded Strategies For Growth, a consulting firm specializing in strategic business planning, services marketing, CRM consulting, market/survey research, and customer satisfaction measurement and tracking programs.
