Cenveo, Inc. has acquired the assets of Clixx Direct Marketing Services Inc. Terms of the acquisition, which was made through one of Cenveo’s subsidiaries, were not disclosed.
Clixx provides direct mail, data management, variable imaging and fulfillment solutions to the United States and Canadian markets.

Cenveo offers print and related products and solutions. Its core businesses include labels and forms manufacturing, packaging and publisher offerings, envelope production, printing and fulfillment.
