VanceInfo Technologies Inc., an IT firm based in China, has acquired TP Corp. Limited, a customer relationship services firm located in Hong Kong. VanceInfo will pay an initial fee of US$1.1 million, with additional compensation based on TP’s financial performance during the next 18 to 30 months.
TP Corp. develops and markets a variety of CRM solutions and call center services within China and Southeast Asia. The company also provides call center outsourcing services to the telecommunications, financial sevices and government sectors. During the first five months of 2009, the company generated the equivalent of $3.9 million.
VanceInfo Technologies provides IT and software development services.
