German Loyalty Marketer Payback Acquires I-Mint

Payback GmbH, a German loyalty program marketer, has acquired I-mint, an Indian loyalty program, for an undisclosed sum.

“Fusing Payback’s international expertise with I-mint’s local knowhow and pan-India market presence brings cutting edge new services to Indian shoppers and retailers”, said Payback founder Alexander Rittweger, in a statement. “Together with I-mint, we are building a world class customer retention and direct marketing platform to support the retail revolution sweeping India.”
