Infogroup’s Direct Media Millard (DMM) division has expanded its research and analytics offerings. Services will include marketing research methodologies such as focus groups, usability labs, phone interviews and online surveys; competitive intelligence for online, catalog and publishing companies; data mining and database marketing; circulation scoring models on clients’ house files and prospect names; and matching demographic criteria with prior customer behavior. Bill LaPierre, senior vice president of DMM will head up this service. The team will include Lilliane LeBel, who now leads DMM’s research division, and Bob Anderson, chief statistician and modeler at DMM.
Belardi/Ostroy and Eclipse Direct Marketing have formed a strategic alliance. Services offered will include opt-in email campaigns, co-registration programs, lead generation, list management, strategic marketing and multi-channel planning and execution.
Stonefly Communications Group has named Ann Bradstreet account director. Prior to joining Stonefly, Bradstreet served as account supervisor for GSW Worldwide, where she worked on the launches of Cymbalta and Sarafem, as well as the Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals and Dyax Corp accounts, among others. She began her career managing national promotions and development for Miller Brewing Company and Shell Oil Company.
