Haggins Marketing Inc. of San Francisco has acquired the Chicago Catalog Group, which will enable the agency to offer expanded consumer business-to-business catalog-marketing services. Terms were not disclosed.
CCG will operate under the Haggin Marketing name and will remain based in Chicago.
"Adding CCG's particular expertise in business-to-business advertising to our growing slate of direct response services is a perfect fit for our growth plans as an agency," said in a statement Jeff Haggin, CEO and founder of Haggin Marketing.
