Executive Search International a recruiting firm specializing in the direct marketing and interactive fields, has launched a job search and career coaching service for senior-level DMers.
The Newton, MA-based firm will help executives with self-assessment, job search strategizing, market research, resume and cover letter preparation, professional and social networking, interview preparation and coaching. In addition, it will counsel them on follow-up strategies, salary negotiation and relocation.
The company has long coached executives, but “the struggling economy and the high level of job losses have now put the demand for these services at an all-time high,” said Les Gore, managing partner of Executive Search International, in a statement. “This situation clearly reflects the need to set up this new division.”
