Eclipse Marketing Services, Inc. has promoted Frank Romano to VP of finance and operations. Romano had previously served as director of finance and accounting.
In his expanded role, Romano continues to oversee all finance and accounting duties for Eclipse, while taking on responsibility for all purchasing for the company and business operations. He will also guide the company’s effort to improve efficiencies relating to direct marketing production.
Romano has more than 28 years of related experience in the cable TV and sports entertainment industries. Prior to joining Eclipse, Romano was the founder and principal at FJR Media & Entertainment. While running that firm, he served as a consultant to various companies including CSI Sports, Superfighter, Star Boxing and TNA Wrestling.
Between 2003 and 2005, he served as COO and senior VP for TNA Entertainment, a wrestling and sports entertainment company based out of Nashville.
From 2000 to 2003, Romano served as VP of event programming and financial operations for iN DEMAND, the largest pay-per-view entertainment company in the world. A Romano worked at HBO for 15 years, from 1985 to 2000 where he served in various financial positions, including Director, Operations & Finance for Time Warner Sports/HBO.
