The Direct Marketing Association has reconfigured parts of its reporting structure, and changed the responsibilities of several of its executives. Among the changes:
Gerald F. “Jerry” Longo, VP of conference and event operations, will report to John Horan, senior vice president and chief financial officer. Longo had previously reported to Julie Hogan. Longo will continue to run event logistics and operations and member and customer service;
Senny Boone, senior vice president of corporate and social responsibility, will report to Ramesh Lakshmi-Ratan, executive VP and COO. The Corporate and Social Responsibility and Non-Profit Federation operations supervised by Boone will continue to be under her purview. Boone had previously reported to Horan;
Jodie Sangster will report to Lakshmi-Ratan. Sangster’s title has been changed to VP of global development. She had previously been vice president of global compliance, and had reported to Boone. Sangster will also be responsible for International Education Services;
George Markham, currently director of education services, will report to Sangster. He had previously reported to Lakshmi-Ratan. George’s revised title will be director of education courses development. He will take responsibility for education course and content development for both domestic and global markets; and
Julie Hogan will continue to oversee conferences and events and domestic education services and Ashley Joseph, education services product manager, will report directly to Hogan. Joseph had previously reported to Markham.
The changes were effective April 8.
