Yellow Book USA has acquired the search engine marketing company Click Forward Marketing LLC.
Terms were not disclosed.
Yellow Book will retain all of Click Forward’s staff, including its three principals: Gary Arthurs, Alex Stancioff and Milen Mishkovsky.
This acquisition reportedly will allow Yellow Book to deliver low-cost leads to advertisers by placing their ads efficiently across the Internet.
