Y3K Secure Enterprise Software, a Seattle communications software company, plans to purchase Fox Marketing Group LLC (FMG), an online and telemarketing contact center service, for an undisclosed sum.
FMG, Bellevue, WA, offers inbound and outbound sales, lead generation and customer relationship management services.
“FMG has a proven track record in the technology area,” said Y3K acting president King Cole, in a statement. “They bring a solid core business with rapidly expanding revenues which is a value added bonus for us in this transaction.”
