Wachovia Securities extends its “Uncommon Wisdom” ad campaign with Super Bowl pre-game ads that let viewers vote for top NFL players and coaches.
The hour-long CBS Super Bowl XXXVIII Today pre-game show will run clips from 2003 season games and ask viewers to vote for “the Uncommon Performance of the Year” at CBSsportsonline.com. Wachovia will make a donation in the winning player or coach’s name to the non-profit Foundation For Investor Education. Charlotte, NC-based Wachovia will run five spots during the pre-game show, projected to draw 3.6 million viewers. Mullen, Wenham, MA, handles ads. The securities firm has sponsored CBS broadcasts of NFL games all season.
