Vertis has increased its capacity to provide direct marketing services through its acquisition of USA Direct Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
“The addition of USA Direct expands our capacity and production range, and further enhances delivery of fast and efficient direct marketing solutions,” said in a statement Dean D. Durbin, president and CEO of Vertis.
The deal expands Vertis ability to provide digital, conventional and inline printing services. It also gives clients to access USA MailNow, a Web based tool for designing and producing direct mail pieces online.
