Urban Outfitters will cut its Pennsylvania work force by 180 employees, including 75 who work in direct marketing and mail order returns, according to news reports.
The Philadelphia-based firm is moving its call center operations to South Carolina.
Urban Outfitters runs a catalog and online marketing operation and owns 75 Urban Outfitters stores, 66 Anthropologie stores and two Free People stores.
