Montreal-based Transcontinental Inc’s Transcontinental CC3 division has acquired certain assets of Liberty Graphics, a local commercial printer and direct marketing services provider in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.
Liberty has annual revenues of more than $9 million. In conjunction with the purchase, Transcontinental will hire from 40 Liberty employees.
Direct mail and fulfillment equipment acquired through the transaction, in addition to other recent equipment additions, expands capacity at Transcontinental CC3’s existing 95,000-square-foot facility in Texas, according to the company.
