Interactive Media company Traffix Inc. posted net revenue for the fourth fiscal quarter ended Nov. 30, 2005 of $16.6 million, an increase of 54% from $10.8 million for the comparable quarter of fiscal 2004.
Net income for the fourth fiscal quarter was $781,000, or $0.05 per diluted share, compared to $121,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, in the prior year’s comparable quarter, representing an increase of 546%.
For the fiscal year ended Nov. 30, the Pearl River, NY company reportednet revenue of $62.9 million, an increase of 69% from $37.3 million in fiscal 2004. Income from operations for the year was $2.3 million, an increase of $2.6 million from a loss of ($334,000) in fiscal 2004.
