Teleperformance USA has acquired the assets of Communications & Commerce (Comm.Comm). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Teleperformance, which provides customer service and technical assistance services for information technology companies, will assimilate Comm.Comm’s 850-workstation contact center and 2,800 employees and agents into its Salt Lake City Operations. Teleperformance currently operates 4,100 workstations, staffed by more than 10,000 agents, in the United States, Canada, the Dominican Republic, the Philippines and India.
