Sohu.com Inc., a Chinese database marketing services firm, will acquire Go2Map Inc., Ltd. for $9.3 million.
“We believe the acquisition will enhance our overall competitive strength as a portal and search engine as we enrich our online content and search engine with location-based information,” said Sohu CEO Charles Zhang in a statement.
